What the Work Actually Looks Like
No surprises. Here’s an honest picture of the job before you call us.
A Regular Route
You’ll clean 2–4 homes a day, working on your own or with a partner. The same clients come back week after week, so you learn each home and get faster at it.
Standard Cleans
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming — following our checklist so every client gets the same quality every visit.
Bigger Jobs, Extra Pay
Move-in/move-out and post-construction cleans come up regularly. They’re harder work and they pay more.

Straightforward hourly pay, daytime hours, and everything you need to do the job provided.
Pay & Benefits

Schedule
- Daytime hours, Sunday through Saturday — no nights
- Weekend shifts are available if you want them — tell us which days work for you and we’ll build your route around that
- Full-time and part-time both available
- A predictable route, so you know where you’re going each week
- Paid training alongside an experienced cleaner until you’re confident on your own
What You Need
- A reliable car and valid driver’s license — you drive between clients’ homes
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Honesty and reliability. Our clients trust us with the keys to their homes
- An eye for detail — you’re the person who notices the corner that got missed
- No cleaning experience required. We’ll train you

Questions People Usually Ask
Do I need cleaning experience?
No. We train you on the job, and you’re paid during training. You’ll work alongside an experienced cleaner until you’re comfortable running a route on your own. What matters more to us is that you’re reliable and that you notice details.
Do I need my own car?
Yes. You drive between clients’ homes during the day, so you need a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
How and when do I get paid?
You’re paid an hourly rate of $XX–$XX depending on experience, every two weeks. Move-out and post-construction jobs pay extra.
Do I have to work weekends?
We clean seven days a week, so weekend shifts are available if you want the hours — but they aren’t required. Tell us which days work for you when you call and we’ll build your route around that. Either way, there are no night shifts.
Can I work part-time?
Yes. We have both full-time and part-time routes. If you need hours that fit around school pickup or another job, tell us when you call and we’ll see what works.
What areas would I be working in?
We work across Mason, Thurston, Kitsap, Pierce and King County — Shelton, Olympia and Lacey, Bremerton and Silverdale, Gig Harbor and Port Orchard, Tacoma and Seattle. We build each cleaner’s route around where you live, so you’re not driving all day. Tell us your town when you call.
